Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase at Eula James Boutique! We are dedicated to an enjoyable customer experience through and through. Below are our requirements for returns and exchanges. If you have a question, please feel free to reach out to hello@eulajames.com for further assistance. 

• Unworn clothing may be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 10 days. 
• All sales final on Pre-Order and Pre-Sale Items
• If the clothing has perfume, smoke,  pet hair, any visible blemishes, or you can tell the item has been worn, it will be returned to you at your cost.
• Clearance and sale items are FINAL SALE only
• Items marked  FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Returns may take up to two weeks to process. Please keep tracking for your own records. Please note mystery items, items bought with a coupon code or with cash back, sale items and items ending in 99 are FINAL SALE. Other items listed as FINAL SALE are also not returnable. 
• Buyer is responsible for shipping items back to Eula James Boutique (the original shipping cost will not be credited)
• FINAL SALE on jewelry, accessories, bags, face-masks, and sale items.
• No returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items
